ASSAULT ON THE CASTLE
OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) circuit obstacle designed to test agility and improve fitness in a fun and effective way.
This obstacle contains 4 different types of exercises:
· Vertical ramp to work on speed, climbing and strength.
· Fireman’s pole to work on grip.
· Parallel sliding bars to work on balance, strength and grip.
· Climbing wall to work on strength, grip and endurance.
