OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) circuit obstacle designed to test agility and improve fitness in a fun and effective way.
This obstacle contains 3 different types of exercises, a Braquiador designed to strengthen the upper body, fixed Pegboards to exercise the upper body, grip and resistance and a Rocodromo to exercise agility, balance and coordination.
