Recycled Urban Furniture in the municipality of Olocau, Valencia

INDUSTRIAS AGAPITO, manufacturer of recycled urban furniture, brings its most sustainable, modern and resistant products to Olocau in Valencia.

Being aware of the importance of caring for the environment and the excessive and inappropriate use of plastics on our planet, INDUSTRIAS AGAPITO has been manufacturing recycled plastic benches for more than 15 years. Its Recycled Series is 100% sustainable, where recycled plastic is the protagonist and becomes the material par excellence for all furniture.

This series is characterized by its resistance to weathering and vandalism, being much superior to that of wood, thus reducing its maintenance and cost to a minimum. It is obtained from plastic from the selective collection of waste, mainly from milk bottles, through plastic extrusion processes to obtain slats. It is 100% recycled and recyclable, made only of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Olocau wanted to join this initiative of installing urban furniture from post-consumer recycling and has incorporated recycled plastic benches that have slats of recycled and recyclable plastic, 100% post-consumer HDPE, free of preventive maintenance and anti-graffiti, in addition to be completely weather resistant.

Recycled Plastic Armchairs have also been installed, a robust piece made of recycled plastic, with steel supports and armrests that offer added comfort, also thanks to its large size.

The Organic Bench of the Domo Series is available in a wide range of colors and materials, including recycled plastic, which is what Olocau wanted to install in its municipality. The Organic Bank has a modern image offering a different feel to the space where they have been installed. It is a curved bench made of recycled plastic for outdoors that can be installed by combining several modules to form arcs, complete circles or serpentine shapes, as is the case with Olocau, where several people can sit simultaneously to spend a relaxed time.
