THE NEW EUROPEAN STANDARD EN 16630 HAS BEEN APPROVED
It sets the safety requirements and test methods of permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
The new European standard EN 16630 has been approved on 02.14.2015 and has been published on 15.04.2015. Eagerly awaited by our industry, it regulates safety requirements and test methods of the popular “Outdoor gym”, “Outdoor sport circuit” or “Senior playground” Series.
It is based on the German DIN 79000 standard, under which Industrias Agapito equipment “Outdoor gym” and “Senior playground” was certified years ago.
All exercise circuits manufactured by Industrias Agapito have already been certified under the new standard EN16630.
